I discovered that painting acrylic hard straight edges is not easy by hand for a relatively small painting and that I need more practice to get this right. I think I will revisit this using masking tape for edging to see I can improve on the final result.

Geometric Blue Mountains
A little while ago I saw an abstract geometric painting of a mountain river at sunset by Mark Adam Webster and I was inspired to re-create this in just blue hues to see if I could put a different mood into the same concept.

Valley, Psalm 121
The city of Jerusalem is located 760 meters up in the Judean Mountains and is surrounded by valleys and dry riverbeds. To walk to the city, one has to travel through the valleys. This painting is inspired by Psalm 121, "a song of ascents". The Psalm was sung as the people walked through the valley and ascended to the holy city of Jerusalem.

Ice cube
This is my second attempt at still life painting of an ice cube. Really not easy at all. More practice is required.
